Who operates this website
SeekYourJustice.com is operated by Four Nine Nine Ltd ("we", "us"), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. We are a marketing company. We do not practice law, we do not employ attorneys, and we do not evaluate the merits of any claim.
How we are paid
Participating attorneys, law firms and their intake providers pay us to advertise their services and to send them requests submitted through this website. You are never charged for using this website. The free case review is provided by the attorney, not by us.
Not a law firm, no attorney-client relationship, no legal advice
Nothing on this website is legal advice. The questions in our intake are the questions participating attorneys ask us to put to you; answering them, and submitting a request, does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney sign an agreement. Until then, do not rely on anything here as advice about your situation, and be aware that deadlines (statutes of limitations and appeal periods) continue to run.
No guarantee of outcome
A free case review is not a promise that an attorney will take your case, that a claim will succeed, or that any amount will be recovered or awarded. Prior results do not guarantee a similar result. We never quote benefit amounts or settlement values.
Attorney fees and contingency
Many participating personal injury attorneys work on a contingency basis, and disability representatives are usually paid only if a claim is approved, out of past-due benefits and within limits set by federal law. These are the attorney's terms, not ours: confirm the fee agreement with the attorney before you sign, and ask about costs that may be charged separately from the fee.
Social Security disability (SSDI)
SeekYourJustice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Social Security Administration or any other government agency. You can apply for benefits, appeal a decision, and check a claim without a representative, at ssa.gov or by calling the Social Security Administration directly. We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, or your Social Security number.
Participating attorneys
Attorneys who accept requests through this website are independent and licensed in the states where they practice. They are responsible for their own advertising, intake and compliance with the rules of their state bar. We list them on the Participating attorneys page. The attorney your request goes to depends on your state and your answers.
Your consent and how to stop contact
You choose whether to be contacted. The consent you sign on the intake form authorizes SeekYourJustice and up to four participating law firms or their intake providers to call and text you at the number you gave, including with automated dialing and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of hiring an attorney or of any purchase. To revoke consent, reply STOP to a text, tell the caller, or use the contact form; we pass the request to the firms your details were sent to.
