What this website is
SeekYourJustice.com is operated by Four Nine Nine Ltd. It is an advertising service paid by participating attorneys: it collects requests from people who may want to speak with an attorney and sends those requests to participating attorneys, law firms or their intake providers. It is not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not a government agency.
No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship
Nothing on this website is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney. Only a signed agreement with an attorney does that. Legal deadlines keep running until then.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and living in the United States. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it is about you, and that you are authorized to provide it.
Your request and your consent
By checking the consent box on the intake form you authorize the contact described in the consent language shown at the time of submission, and you agree that we may send your request to participating attorneys as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke consent at any time.
Independent attorneys, no guarantee
Participating attorneys are independent. We do not employ, control or supervise them, we do not evaluate your claim, and we are not responsible for their advice, their fees, their conduct or the outcome of any matter. We do not guarantee that an attorney is available for your state or case type, that any attorney will contact you or accept your case, or that any result will be obtained.
Acceptable use
Do not submit requests on behalf of other people without their authority, submit false information, or use automated tools against this website. We may refuse or discard any request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Nine Nine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any dealings with a participating attorney, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The website's content, design and the SeekYourJustice name are owned by Four Nine Nine Ltd and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
